Wrath Of The Titans Releases New Trailer

Greek myth-inspired action epic sequel, Wrath of the Titans has released an intense new trailer full of random, but impressive goodness that's guaranteed to wow the toga-wearing crowd.

Following up the first trailer released a few months back, this second one immediately distinguishes itself with a more riveting orchestral soundtrack in lieu of the Marilyn Manson music.

The Kraken's already yesterday's news, and Medusa's head is will no longer be petrifying anything. However, a greater threat has been unleashed: The Titans: The deities who ruled the planet well before the time of Zeus and the rest of the Gods who reside on Mount Olympus. (Greek Deity Hipsters?) They're ridiculously powerful and extremely pissed off.

Check out just how pissed they are by watching the trailer below!

Much like its notorious predecessor, Clash of the Titans back in 2010, Wrath will also be hitting theaters as a 3D-converted film. However, learning from the mistakes that made the hastily-released first film synonymous with bad 3D, director, Jonathan Liebesman has said that this film (unlike the first one,) was shot to accomodate 3D.
If what we're seeing is any indication, then it's probably safe to say that, even if the story's substance doesn't end up being Citizen Kane in sandals, we're at least going to get a spectacular visual experience with 3D that is looking to redeem itself in the eyes of folks who put on the 3D glasses for Clash and left theaters underwhelmed.
Wrath of the Titans smashes its way to theaters just around the corner on March 30.
