You could say that Cyclops has sharper eyes now.

If Wolverine shot lasers threw his hands like that, and if he didn't have his healing powers he'd probably would get an infection and die since he'd be blowing holes in hands each time he used his powers. As for Cyclops he'd most likely die the second he retracted his eye claws since the claws would puncture his brain the moment he sheathed them. So yeah to answer your question one would die slowly and painfully and the other would die instantly.

I think it would be pretty gay having mr. Summers with wolverines abilitys,he's to much of a wimp to be that cool.wolverine would probably commit suicide if he couldn't look at women without blowing them to hell.it just wouldn't work, thank god.

I'm going to apologize early on for this, but I just had to nerd out here when I saw people talking about what Wolverine's powers are or are not. Wolverine's "powers" come from his species. He's not a member of Homosapiens. He's a part of another human species that traces its ancestors back to wolves, instead of apes, like most humans. They're called Lupus sapiens. Although apparently, the species can crossbreed as Wolverine has had children. No, adamantium claws are not part of his "powers," but his claws are. The adamantium was added to his bone claws, another mutation from his line of species, which includes people like Sabretooth, Wild Child, Daken, and Romulus (possibly the first of the Lupus sapiens). Also, besides his healing factor, enhanced senses, and bone claws, he's also physically superhuman. He's faster and stronger than any normal human.

wolverine's powers are enchanced healing and superhuman senses... if they switched powers wolverine would bleed to death when he takes out his claws.

Wolverine is basically Issac Asimov, and Cyclops is...blind.
