be warned. pre-built computers from smaller companies like this can be more headache than bargain. return shipping for any reason, warranty included, is at ur expense. reaching support or getting a solution from support is usually very difficult and would only result in a return for warranty service (again... it would be at ur expense) because these smaller companies will not have IT guys in ur area. just a heads up... in the past i bought a gaming rig from them and it took 3 months and lots of yelling at them to have my problem resolved. after all the trouble of pre-built i read up on how to build it myself and it was surprisingly easy. consider DIY builds.

don't let the fact that these companies r featured on tigerdirect, newegg, or G4 fool u. IMHO they are crap.

    Dule Hill is awesome. Props.

And you should consider reviewing computer-making companies, not just their laptops/desktops. Or a line of their computers for consistency...since you can't review everything a company puts out.
