Visionaries like Stan Lee and Jack Kirby will live on forever as some of the greatest innovators in comic book history and nobody will ever outshine their legacy, but there are modern day giants that carry on in the same tradition as their forerunners and in their own rite, bring the craft of comic book creation to a new level. Joss Whedon is arguably foremost among them.

The writer who created and penned the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV show (as well as the comic books) and successfully accomplished the Herculean task of breathing new life back into the X-Men is hard at work on a new TV show, Doll House. It’s about secret agents who are programmed with different memories and personalities tailor made to help them carry out their missions.
