The speeding PSA video i think is a great idea
I mean think about it why do we do half the things that we do in real life...because were scared out of our minds
We don't rob banks b/c were scared of going to jail and dropping the soap
we pay our bills b/c we dont want our house to be reposests.
To be honest if you were driving down the street nd you see a sign click-it-or-ticket
you think"ok put on my seatbelt,watever" heck you may even forget to put it on next time your in the car.
but seeing a sign that says:"Click-it-or when you crash and hit that other car you will be mad when you snap your neck,break your bones,and died instantly"
