We may be one nation, but contrary to the values that our country’s pledge espouses, we’re not always so indivisible. Frankly, most Americans work, play and go to school with people whom they vehemently disagree with on some of the most important political and social issues.
Though many may be content to avoid debating the issues all together, fearing reprisal and disfavor from their friends, peers and communities, one man has chosen to use the medium of film to instead shine a spotlight on those issues in an attempt to give an honest depiction of America as he sees it.
That man, whose latest movie about the American health care industry, SiCKO has just hit theaters, is Michael Moore and we’ll be discussing him and his latest effort on today’s Loop.
Joining us will be critic for Movie City News, David Poland and producer of the documentary, This Film is Not Yet Rated, Eddie Schmidt.

Great film...my white ass. That moron is one person who I would not mind seeing dissapear or erased, either suites me fine. "He sends a powerful message" that everybody is aware of anyway. Whoopidy do da, Moore says that other coutries have better healthcare than America. Nope, sorry. I guarantee you if that pompous ass gets a terminal desease or the flu for that matter he will stay right here in the great U S of A.

While I disagree on many of the things Michael Moore believes and says; he is 100% correct about your troops still being in Iraq and your nations healthcare system. LOL!
