The documentary Public Access Hollywood goes behind the scenes of Hollywood's public access cable shows. Director of Public Access Hollywood, Will Peragine stopped by to tell us about some of the colorful stars of the public access scene and what drives them.

If you're a fan of reality TV, you're in luck. Public Access Hollywood is reality television in its purest form. It's one of those documentaries that you'll enjoy watching multiple times. The only way you're going to see it is if you get the DVD. So get it!

Will has put together biographies for the stars of his film on the Public Access Hollywood website.

David Hart, Will Peragine and Dr. Susan Block

Here are some videos and links I know you're going to enjoy:
David Hart's Junior Christian Science Bible Lesson Show
Zuma Dogg is my hero and a real local celebrity here in LA. Sublime genius and the original Ali G.
Check out a little snippet of Francine Dancer. It's pure genius.

Over in New York, they're broadcasting their public access shows on the web! If you're not watching, there's tons of gems you're missing out on. This is way better than any video podcast, folks. You could be watching Rapid T. Rabbit and Friends!

That's Rapid T. Rabbit on the right. You
probably know the guy in the middle.

Rapid T. Rabbit and Friends stars a real-live furry (full interviews and reports brought to you by a man dressed in a cute bunny costume) and features puppets and call-ins by the real Big Bird. Yes, that Big Bird! Some video of Rapid T. Rabbit for ya.

Sadly, public access tv may soon be lost forever. Join the fight to help save public access television.
