Much has been written, said, and speculated about the video which surfaced on engadget last week, of what looks to be a new, full-screened video iPod.
Even more was brought into question when a video arose that looked like a step-by-step documentary of how to fake this new iPod. Was it real? Was the video of a fake iPod itself a fake? Was it just a piece of clever viral marketing designed to further increase interest in the new iPod?
The answer is no. The video is real, the iPod is a fake, and we did it.
We at Attack of the Show take full credit for the photoshop AND the video, because we did them both. Included here:

We did it because we knew you would buy it. We knew you wouldn’t fact-check. We knew that, even though you knew there were a million possible sources of this picture, you’d believe it because it was on the Internet.

AOTS didn't make that video. Their footage is very different from the video on the Internet. The guy who made it is German or something, and when he does the Google search the previous searches box doesn't show up.
