...and the Law Won: In MGM v. Grokster, the U.S. Supreme court ruled that P2P services can be held liable if their customers use them to download copyrighted material illegally.

Don’t Do Spam: Michigan and Utah are enacting laws to protect children from receiving spam email.
 
New Realms for Sales Tax: New Jersey is considering making digital downloads (such as songs, movies, or books) taxable items
