James Bond Franchise To Return In 2012

The long-delayed next entry into the James Bond franchise finally has a name! "Bond 23" is no more, enter Skyfall.

At a press conference this morning, it was revealed that after years of setbacks, most notably due to the bankruptcy of MGM studio, the beleaguered Bond sequel will begin its London shoot with current 007, Daniel Craig in just four days on November 7.

Additionally, all the casting rumors we've been hearing have been pretty much confirmed. French model and actress, Berenice Marlohe will be James' new love interest. There will also be significant roles for Ralph Fiennes and Albert Finney. Plus, Naomi Harris of 28 Days Later will play a field agent known as "Eve." (Who some speculate is the new Miss Moneypenny.)

Also, confirming what we've known for some time, No Country For Old Men star, Javier Bardem will be on hand as the film's megalomaniacal villain. (Likely minus the limp.)

WARNING: This trailer is NSFW for bad language.

Did you know that they were making a feature film reboot of the classic TV series, 21 Jump Street? I heard about it but didn't think people like Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill would star in it. Clearly I haven't been paying attention.

The NSFW trailer is out via the movie's Facebook page and this movie looks more like a slapstick comedy than a crime drama like the original show. What do you think?

The Hobbit: Elijah Wood's Role As Frodo Explained

It appears we may finally have our explanation as to why Elijah Wood will be returning to Middle Earth as Frodo in The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey next year.

The dilemma with Frodo being in the film obviously was that it takes place 60 years before the events of The Fellowship of the Ring. Not being an Elf, Wizard, or slow-aging Dúnedain like Aragorn, a lowly mortal Hobbit like Frodo being in the film would seem somewhat anachronistic.

Well, Quint from Ain't It Cool News, recently had an opportunity to hang around the New Zealand set of the film for some time, and he has scooped the mystery as to why the future ring-bearer will grace the screen.

Find out below amongst some potential spoilers.

How The

Are you participating in the Occupy protests but worried about how to tell your friends and family that you've been arrested? There's an app for that. No, really. It's called the "I'm Getting Arrested" app for Android phones and it "enables anyone, with one click, to broadcast a custom message to SMS numbers in the event they are arrested."

Technology is now so amazing that with a click (or swipe) of your smartphone screen, you can tell all the necessary people in your life that you're headed to jail. While this app was created specifically for the Occupy Wall Street rallies, we thought it could come in handy for other situations.

Potential Names For Android's Next OS

In the wake of the Apple iOS5 release, Android has announced news of their own: Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest OS version that offers a range of cool features like flexible widgets, data usage management, the People App and so much more. But hold on. Is this OS really called "Ice Cream Sandwich"?

It's true! Google is known for naming their Android products after desserts in alphabetical order--which explains where the ice cream sandwich comes in--but they won't say why. Who cares "why" because isn't the answer obvious? Desserts are the best thing ever. So we want to ask, WHAT'S NEXT?

We thought we'd let our mouths water by coming up with the names for Android's future OS releases. Check it out after the jump.

Love Thy Neighbor? Not This Guy!

Love Thy Neighbor? Not This Guy!

Something tells me that this local newspaper's "Know Your Neighbor" feature was meant to highlight the friendly people in town, and not the racist jerks.

Also, who decided to print this?

Lastly, if you're Hispanic and live in Hazleton, avoid this guy.
