Oh, I get it. This photo was probably taken during a leap week.
Another theory, might be that Shorty's Auto Parts just operates in a special pocket of the space-time continuum where one random day of the week repeats.
While fans are still trying to recover from the onslaught of awesome that was The Avengers, it seems that the first official bit of promotion for the upcoming Iron Man 3 has hit.
This set photo officially-released by Marvel shows Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark standing in the middle of his ever-growing collection of Iron Man armor. It's a fitting image, as in this film, Stark will make a completely new kind of connection with his armor by way of nanotechnology.
Leaked set photos from last week showed what appears to be a character in the Iron Patriot armor from the comics. (Sans former Green Goblin, Norman Osborn, who lives in Sony's Marvel Movieverse.) However, we can also expect an array of new faces, most of which are villains like Firepower, Coldblood-7, and Ben Kingsley apparently cast as iconic nemesis, Mandarin.
Iron Man 3 directed by Shane Black hits theaters May 3, 2013.
How are impressionable little girls supposed to measure up if this is what they're lead to believe is the standard for beauty?
Now, they're going to be shopping for metal poles to surgically replace their legs just to look like what they see.
If you're a typical Star Wars fan, you probably find yourself constantly imagining what the films would have looked like if all the roles were played by crazy-eyed-thespian-extraordinaire, Nicolas Cage.
Well, someone better re-hide the Declaration of Independence, because one fan finally decided to be productive about it and threw this Cage-ilicious poster together.
This Han shoots first and this Jar-Jar breaks everything in the room on purpose!
It's always hard to say goodbye, especially to someone like Kevin Pereira who's been the face of Attack of the Show for a decade. Still, you'll always have plenty to remember him by, including these exclusive photos of Kevin Pereira's final moments as host of AOTS. Take a look at the pictures, try not to cry (too much) and feel free to leave some comments and well wishes.
We always knew that one day Kevin Pereira would be forced to have a sit down chat with Jerry Springer, but we always thought it would be on the set of The Jerry Springer Show. So stunned were we that their conversation didn't take place in front of a crowd of noisy, opinionated yahoos that we had to take photos of Jerry Springer and Kevin Pereira on the AOTS set to serve as evidence of such an odd occurrence. Check 'em out! We bet you won't even be able to believe your eyes.
This bathroom (which is apparently owned by Carmen Sandiego,) opted for the basic budget setup, only allowing people to "unirate," and only the "water piss" variety, as well.
If you absolutely have to go number two, you're encouraged to use the potted plants throughout the building, at the very least, fertilizing them.
Looking around the show floor of FanimeCon 2012, it's easy to forget that it's held in San Jose, because with all of The Avengers and The Dark Knight Rises themed costumes, it feels like it could just as easily be Avengers Tower or Gotham City. Then again, it could double for MIB headquarters from Men In Black 3, Oscorp from The Amazing Spider-Man, the spaceship Prometheus, or a million other Sci-Fi, comic book, and anime locales.
What we're saying is, FanimeCon is mind-blowing and what's more, AOTB's exclusive FanimeCon 2012 cosplay pictures will sweep you away to a land of nerd fantasy! So, please enjoy them and spread the word to your geek compatriots!
