There's no part of the Fallout 3 (or Fallout: New Vegas) wasteland we'd want to own, much less renovate, but a Monopoly board game based on the Fallout universe sounds like a fun time, especially when you can use V.A.T.S. to always roll doubles and store a Get Out of Jail Free Card in your Pip-Boy 3000.
