Iron Man 3: First Look At Mandarin, Teaser Footage

On the eve of the unveiling for the Iron Man 3 debut trailer, Entertainment Weekly has released a photo giving our first official look at Sir Ben Kingsley in his role as Iron Man's key signature villain, Mandarin.

While it is recognized that the solo sequel to Marvel's Armored Avenger will feature Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark forming a new bond with his armor by way of nano-technology, it will also delve into new pathological territory for the billionaire genius; that of darkness and doubt.

Now, the Marvel movieverse's Iron Man will contend with his greatest, most iconic comic book rival for the first time on the big screen.

Check below for the teaser footage released this past weekend which is designed to whet our appetites for tomorrow's trailer debut.

This Shrek Is Always Angry

This Shrek Is Always Angry

This book bag must represent the director's cut of Shrek 2 in which Shrek is accidentally exposed to gamma radiation and then uses his new powers to take vengeance on the would-be cuckolding Prince Charming by ripping off his head and punting it into orbit.

Besides being a nightmare of a clearance process over intellectual property, it may have been a bit dark for a film marketed to children.

The first three Paranormal Activity films grossed a combined worldwide total of nearly $577 million with production costs that are probably dwarfed by the check from your last dinner at Applebee's.

Thus, the reason that this weekend's launch of Paranormal Activity 4 is happening and predicted to hit big is hardly supernatural.

The latest honest trailer from the folks at Screen Junkies shows us that the Blair Witch phenomena back in 1999 would be far from the last time moviegoers would get sucked into the genre of "star-less, crudely-produced, mundane home movie horror."

Justice League Looks For A 2015 Showdown

It looks like the Justice League could be ready to give some heavy competition to The Avengers sequel.

At this point, it appears that Summer 2015 is the target release period for this dream film, which Warner Bros studio hopes to begin shooting as soon as next year.

With the announcement yesterday that Warner is indeed moving forward with their own answer to the big-screen dream crossover, it seems that their ambitions won't be diminished by Marvel's over $1.5 billion money-making machine. Thus, 2015 could be the year that two of the biggest titans in the history of comic book films square-off.

What will DC have up their sleeves to unseat the current champs at Marvel?

Skrillex In Back To The Future

Posted October 19, 2012 - By Joseph Baxter

This video shows how Back to the Future would have gone if Marty McFly traded his guitar for a MacBook.

1955 was a different, more innocent time when teens were discovering rock and roll while worrying about whether or not the Soviet Union would drop The Bomb.

However, who would have ever thought that the Enchantment Under the Sea dance that year would end up being the place where something very different would drop: The Bass.

Meanwhile, Marty's future counterpart is preoccupied with trying to delete Gray's Sports Almanac from Biff's iPad.

Best Seal Cry Ever

Posted October 19, 2012 - By Joseph Baxter

This seal is normally not such a diva, but when this little penguin decided to use its body as a stepping stone, it happened to jump right on the muscle he pulled during last night's water polo game that he played against himself.

He's not in the mood to clap his flippers, balance stuff off his nose, and be jovial. He's in the mood to lay on the beach feeling sorry for himself, watching a marathon of the Police Academy movies, and licking his wounds with a tub of Häagen-Dazs.

Don't Ask Mowgli For The Time

Don't Ask Mowgli For The Time

While this hardly appears to be official merchandise for The Jungle Book, it may be the case that this ill-conceived wall fixture was designed for someone with an irrational hatred of wolf cubs.

It looks like they're getting more than "the bare necessities" slapped on their faces multiple times on a daily basis.

Not Quite A Transformer

Not Quite A Transformer

This group also happen to be robots in disguise...as a legitimate popular toy line.

That being said, the "Framstorners" are committed to distinguishing themselves from those other more well-known Bots with a new film directed by Michael Bay starring Shia LaBeouf and his trusty yellow form-changing robot car creatively known as "Sportscar."

Chewbacca Cabinet

Posted October 16, 2012 - By Joseph Baxter

Looks like this is one scenario where you'll actually have to bend your Wookie.

This cabinet is known to pull people's arms out of their sockets when it's loose.

Who would have thought that the quickest way to silence its loud and perpetual howls would be a few squirts of WD-40?
