Image Expo 2011

Robert Kirkman, co-founder of Image Comics and co-creator of The Walking Dead, stopped by Attack of the Show this week and we caught up with him backstage to learn more about this weekend's Image Expo. The convention, which runs from Friday, February 24th to Sunday, February 26th in Oakland, CA, features the best of the best from Image Comics, including celebrity guests like Steve Yeun, Norman Reedus and Chris Hardwick.

Batman's Night Out

It appears that Batman has made himself the hero Toronto needs to find out "wherearethedrugsgoing."

Sure, outside of Gotham City, sans the Batmobile, his act is a bit awkward, but that won't stop him from combing the streets with fine-toothed batarangs to answer the burning questions that no one was asking.

The Amazing Spider-Man Sequel Already In Works

After last week's grand arrival of its theatrical trailer, The Amazing Spider-Man has released a new international version of the spine-tingling-spider-teaser.

Streamlined, with sporadic bits of new action footage of Andrew Garfield's Spidey, the trailer essentially makes the same impact as the last one. However, those bits of new footage will definitely placate the growing number of fanboys who are slowly coming around to liking what they see after the initial ennui of knowing yet another version of Spider-Man was coming so soon after the Sam Raimi-directed series had ended.

The Amazing Spider-Man hits theaters on July 3.

However, Queen's classic, "Somebody To Love" becomes the soundtrack to this montage of Batman comic book clips which shows how the hero Gotham deserves never quite found the companionship that he needs right now.
