Sudden Attack fans, it's up to you to save G4TV's own Attack of the Show! host Candace Bailey from the gas chamber in the free-to-play first-person shooter's new hostage mode. Hostage mode will pit the red and blue teams against one another, with one squad fighting to save the hostage while the other tries to keep them from doing so.  Candace is replacing the captured Korean movie star in the game, and we have an exclusive trailer showing how it all went down.

Ryan Reynolds To Star In Highlander Remake

He was recently a wisecracking mutant assassin, then he was chosen by the green ring of willpower, now Ryan Reynolds will be immortal when he stars in the upcoming remake of the 1986 action classic, Highlander.

After weeks of rumors placing the actor in negotiations, the news is reportedly official that Reynolds will play the sempiternal Scottish swordsman, Connor MacLeod, who was portrayed by Christopher Lambert in the original film.

While the Highlander films certainly did spawn a franchise in its own right with multiple sequels and a TV series, creating a set of devoted fans, it's still a rather puzzling remake effort. However, banking on the star power of Ryan Reynolds (which I suppose remains undiminished by the failure of Green Lantern last year,) there now seems to be some financial logic behind the move.

With Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (28 Weeks Later) set to direct, we may be in store for a more hard-hitting version of the lightning-packed, somewhat campy 80's sci-fi/action flick when it hits sometime in 2014.

Starfish Is Judging You

"Oh, so you came to the aquarium to gawk at all of marine life, have you?

Well, take a look at me, I'm standing here like an upright bipedal mammal. I like to hang around coffee shops talking about cars, the economy, movies, and where to get good sushi. I'm totally in love with myself!

...You hear that? That's the sizzle of me giving you a massive BURN!"

He Saved Gotham Before It Was Gotham

While the Batman family lie here together peacefully, unfortunately, their rest is regularly disturbed by vandals who keep writing "na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na" above the family name.

In order for this to stop, some rogue groundskeeper with a lot of money for cool gadgets needs to take the law into his own hands and become the night.

This guy didn't even need to press play on a MacBook to make this hard-pumping, bass-dropping music come to life.

Perhaps this proves that door is open in the genre for the likes of guys like Bobby McFerrin of "Don't Worry, Be Happy" fame and Michael Winslow from the Police Academy movies to hit the clubs armed with a mic and the ability to make drunk, ecstasy-riddled people gyrate frantically.

Car Wash Seals The Deal

Not only does your car get its wax on and off repeatedly until all the employees pull a muscle, but you get to witness the birth of some great martial artists.

Tips are not required, but will be accepted; especially if it happens to be the occasional bonsai tree.

Batman: The Man Of Steel Rises

This is what happens when the 9 year-olds that assemble your superhero backpacks in a Chinese factory lean more towards Marvel.

Somewhere in this shipment, there has to be a pack with a picture of Batman that says "Wonder Woman."
