The List

Everyone's standing around judging, but this guy only had one lifelong dream: To experience what it would be like if he was a chunk of paper that's left-over after you rip a page out of a spiral notebook. (Albeit a really big chunk.)

Now, that he's finally checked that one off the list, he can rest easy while the Fire Department arrive and justly mock him.

Django Unchained: New TV Spot

Django Unchained: New TV Spot

A new minute-long trailer for Quentin Tarantino's upcoming spaghetti-western/blaxploitation hybrid, Django Unchained has hit.

Jamie Foxx plays the titular character, Django, a slave who ends up in the profession of bounty-hunting, thanks to his owner, Dr. King Schultz, played by Christoph Waltz, who promises him freedom in exchange for violently shooting a variety of presumably-evil plantation owners...with guns.

However, the big prize on Django's list appears to be a man named Calvin Candie who is played none other than Leonardo DiCaprio. He has something extremely valuable to Django in his possession: His wife.

Django gets unchained at theaters on December 25 to wreak Christmas havoc. Check out the new spot below, and the full trailer.

"Stop! This Is Not A DVD!"

Posted June 18, 2012 - By Joseph Baxter

Call it a hunch, call it intuition, but I get the feeling that the item this guy is listing is NOT a DVD.

Selling stuff on ebay can often link you with some of the most brazenly inconsiderate people, but also the ignorant. This particular seller (who according to the description recently passed away) had enough of the latter and took to extreme measures to make sure prospective buyers read the description. -- And in doing so, may scare the crap out of anyone looking to buy Toy Story 3 cheaply.

Nickelback's Coming To Town

Nickelback's Coming To Town

In tough economic times, a writer for this Idaho newspaper's music section decided to list more affordable (and arguably preferable) alternatives to paying to see the upcoming Nickelback concert.

Although, I have to disagree with the "buy a dozen Big Macs" suggestion, since high cholesterol has been known to cause hallucinations, which in this case would likely involve Nickelback.

Justice League Spinoff Blitz On Tap At Warner

It seems like Warner Bros is about to unleash a major barrage of DC Comic superheroes onto the big screen, most of which will be under the tent-pole of the proposed Justice League film that is once again apparently back on the table.

Projects like Justice League, to be penned by Castle and Gangster Squad writer, Will Beall and a Wonder Woman solo film penned by Green Lantern co-writer, Michael Goldenberg are the latest on tap. They now join titles previously known to be in development like The Flash, Aquaman, Green Arrow, Lobo, The Suicide Squad, and Shazam.

The studio has attempted numerous times to make a live-action Justice League film into a reality, but have always run into roadblocks such as the Writers Guild strike of 2007, or the underwhelming performance of last year's Green Lantern. However, the whole thing about Marvel's The Avengers raking-in what is at this point, nearly one and half BILLION dollars might have been the catalyst to get things moving when it comes to an array of superhero films with a connected universe.

Is this a smart move? Or is Warner about to spoil the party?

Captain America 2 Gets Directing Duo

The upcoming sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger now has its director...well, directors. The brother duo of Joe Russo and Anthony Russo have been tasked with Cap's second solo outing after the character's mega-successful outing in the destructive tour de force that was The Avengers.

The brothers Russo, who only bring a head-scratching resume of work on TV comedies like Community, Happy Endings, and Arrested Development were actually named as candidates for the job a few months ago. However, their chances were seemingly dismissed by speculators, with George Nolfi and F. Gary Gray looking to be the more likely choices among the list.

Nevertheless, the Russos obviously must have something special that they're bringing to the table in regards to the script. The brothers will now replace Joe Johnston as helmer in a film that will likely focus on the unfrozen hero's adjustment to modern times and bring us another one of his famous comic book nemeses.

Captain America 2 is set to toss its shield at theater audiences on April 4, 2014.

Bad Spelling = Savings!

Bad Spelling = Savings!

If you're a cheap bastard that knows someone who is into birds and rustic Americana that also happens to be illiterate, then it certainly appears that you can cross one person off your Christmas list early.

One also has the option to paint an "e" at the end and it can also serve as an ideal wedding gift.
