The Avengers Friends Will Be There For You

Their job's not a joke, they're not broke, and there's not a damn thing which Tony Stark owns that's stuck on second gear.

However, with "Tasha" being the lone female amongst a sausage-fest including two Norse Gods, a radiated scientist, and an unfrozen juiced-up super-patriot, there were a lot of "D.O.A." love lives in this crowded apartment.

The Amazing Spider-Man Online Trailer Is Here!

It's a big day for Peter Parker. The new online trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man, starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, and Rhys Ifans, is here! Directed by Marc Webb, this new film tells a different side of Peter Parker's life, based on the Marvel comic book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.

Watch the new trailer below:

Here's the official synopsis:

The Amazing Spider-Man is the story of Peter Parker (Garfield), an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben (Sheen) and Aunt May (Field).  Like most teenagers, Peter is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today.  Peter is also finding his way with his first high school crush, Gwen Stacy (Stone), and together, they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets.  As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents’ disappearance – leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Curt Connors (Ifans), his father’s former partner.  As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors’ alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.

The Amazing Spider-Man open in theaters everywhere in 3D on July 3, 2012.

Why Your Girlfriend Won't Like The Avengers

Most of us will be watching The Avengers this weekend but for you unfortunate souls in relationships, here's a handy chart to help prepare you for the ultimate backlash of "Ugh, that movie was so stupid" comments.

Warning: Bad Language.

This may very well be one of the greatest achievements in cosplay history.

Typically, cosplayers who wind up on the Internet are in crappy suits strung together with masking tape and construction paper. This functioning piece of art and engineering, however, is so ridiculously full of win, it might be dangerous for this guy to put it on, lest he get attacked by roving bands of Chitauri.

In the words of the guy shooting the video, "that's not fair."

Avengers Pine For Lost Loves

Why is it that they always have to fall for the sexy female British officers from the 1940's and the psychotic self-shanking alien-looking ballerinas?

Some heroes are just destined for pain.

What better way could there be for a non-Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle to impress a banana-jumpsuit-wearing reporter babe than by taking her for a ride in your custom-made Party Wagon to order a pizza covered with anchovies, peanut butter, chocolate, and tripe?

Well, demonstrating your kick-ass ninja skills on thugs who, for some reason, are attacking you in a junkyard might do the trick. -- It helps accentuate the ripples in your shirt, which is always neatly-tucked into your pair of mom jeans.

The Dark Knight Rises: New Trailer Gives You Everything

The Dark Knight Rises has released a new trailer that should send back-breaking shockwaves of cool down the spines of moviegoers, even as they prepare for The Avengers this week.

Showing us a lot more of the complex rivalry between Tom Hardy's Bane and the still-unsure "romantic or friend-zone?" relationship with Anne Hathaway's Selina Kyle/Catwoman, this trailer depicts a film in which Batman is hurled down to his lowest point and has to fight and claw his way back up. (Albeit with the help of nifty high-tech gadgets and a Bat-Scarface gun.)

We also take a bit of a Pimp My Ride turn, with the debut his newest flying, physics-defying aircraft, which is apparently "not a car."

Take in the awesome with the new trailer below!
