Undeniably, Gawker is one of the top sites in blogosphere. It’s the blog that a lot of other blogs aspire to be and has been on the forefront of the alterative web media revolution from the beginning.

Recently, Gawker, the money making, add sponsored machine that it is, sold three of its most popular assets Idolator, Wonkette and Gridskipper. Is this a sign that advertisers have lost faith in the drawing power of blogs?

To answer that question, we’ll welcome the Managing Editor of Gawker, Noah Robischon.
