TV is changing forever, not because of some revolutionary new show or sub-genre, but because next year, America is making the leap from analog to HD programming. What this means is, you’ll be able to see all of your favorite TV shows in high definition, if you have an HDTV or set-top converter box, that is.
If not, kiss TV goodbye, because you won’t be able to pick up any over the air broadcasts. Fortunately, HDTVs are more popular now than they’ve ever been, but not everyone has one. Is most of America ready for the digital shift?
