Posted by Eugene Morton - Thursday, February 07, 2008 4:49 PM

Brother, could you spare a cool million? Don’t have a couple hundred grand lying around somewhere? Well, you probably won’t be able to afford today’s stuff then (like the chair that walks or the platinum PC).

Sadly, we can’t either, but it’s nice to dream and do some virtual window shopping. Just don’t linger too long, it’ll only make you envious.

Gadget Pr0n

Posted by Eugene Morton - Thursday, February 07, 2008 4:48 PM

We don’t review scientific calculators here and Hell will freeze over before we ever talk about a refrigerator with a USB port and built in monitor.

No, we review technology of a more… stimulating nature. Meaning, gadgets that are fun and easy, sleek and sexy, but that you won’t have to hide from your mother under the mattress of your bed.

Today, we'll review the ZipIt Wireless Messenger 2.

Also, are you a friend to the Earth? Then check out GCycle... it's G4's new initiative to try and get you to be a better person and recycle tech stuff!

Battle Of The Ancients II

Posted by Eugene Morton - Thursday, February 07, 2008 11:16 AM

Aging, it happens to us all. The unfortunate truth is, the skin starts to sag and your body begins slowing down, but the most unfortunate thing is what happens to the mind.

One day you’re a young person capable of hijacking satellites with your laptop, the next day you’re an elderly coot who can’t figure out how to operate a remote control. Getting old is sad, but not so sad that we won’t exploit the elderly for our entertainment.

Today, we’re pitting two ancient Einsteins together in a race against the clock and each other. The competitors will have until the show’s end to set up a complete home theater system and Rock Band on an Xbox 360. Who will win? Who will lose? Who will need their heart medication mid-way through? Find out when we commence the Battle of the Ancients II!
