Sudden Attack fans, it's up to you to save G4TV's own Attack of the Show! host Candace Bailey from the gas chamber in the free-to-play first-person shooter's new hostage mode. Hostage mode will pit the red and blue teams against one another, with one squad fighting to save the hostage while the other tries to keep them from doing so.  Candace is replacing the captured Korean movie star in the game, and we have an exclusive trailer showing how it all went down.

You remember Twin Peaks, don't you? If you've never seen it, you need to go right out and do that immediately. Seriously. I'll wait. And I'll do a creepy backward midget dance while I wait. Good? Ok, well now that you've seen it, you know that the Black Lodge is the creepy concentration of evil out in the woods in Washington where Dale Cooper was trapped with the sad ghost of Laura Palmer and a midget who was trying to tell him something that was always just beyond his grasp.

Of course you remember the place.

Well, now there's a videogame where you get to try and escape from Black Lodge. And it's done in the style of an Atari game.Yes, it is creepy, and yes, it's hilarious, especially to us Twin Peaks fans, which you now undoubtedly are, right?

Check it out.

Epic Freakout Over Game

Posted August 23, 2011 - By Joseph Baxter

I think any self-respecting gamer can admit to the occasional not-so-shiny moment of irate tantrums. However, at only six-years-old, this frustrated little Call of Duty 2 player appears ready to take the mantle of unwitting poster boy for anti-videogame advocates. Stay classy, junior.

Hangover 2: Screenwriter Craig Mazin Lists His Favorite Hangover Games

The Hangover Part 2 opens in theaters today, and I'm going to encourage you to just go out and see this right now. Don't read any reviews, because you know what? Haters gonna hate. I'm not sure why The New York Times is expecting Citizen Kane out of this sequel, but it's exactly what you expect from a followup to 2009's The Hangover sleeper hit. We went to screenwriter Crag Mazin, who not only sat down for a full interview, but also listed his five favorite games to play when you have a hangover. First up, Grand Theft Auto 4:

When you’re hung over and you’re just looking for some brainless fun, one of the most fun things to do…because when you’re hung over you just hate the world. You just regret everything and you just hate life. When the hangover is really bad, and you find yourself saying, "I wish I were dead" in between dry heaves, go ahead and load up a save where Niko has loads of weapons. Zip on body armor, find a great corner of a building or storage container to defend, then start killing people. When the cops come, unleash all of your self-loathing on them as well. When you finally can't take the amorality and head-pounding, rush out and get blown to shit by a hundred NOOSE guys. Oddly comforting. That’s fun. That’s a great way to just work through a miserable headache.

Keep reading for the rest of Craig's Hangover game picks, and a full interview where he talks about Billy Joel, Ed Helms' singing ability, more video games, a possible Hangover 3, Rocketman, Game Boys, and more.

Today is a sad day in the world of professional wrestling, as TMZ is reporting this morning that Randy 'Macho Man' Savage has died as the result of a heart attack behind the wheel of his automobile and a resulting crash into a tree. This in his home of Tampa, FL. Savage was best known as first the foil to and then the ally of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, leading to the legendary MegaPowers tag team, in which he and Hogan ran roughshod over the WWE, and his legendary feud with Ricky 'The Dragon' Steamboat, with whom he had a career-defining match at Wrestlemania III.

Bernardo Beard

Hometown: Medford, MA (If you don’t know Medford, think Boston. Then think 5 miles north.)
Position: Line Producer
Favorite Season: Fall, but I miss all of the seasons because Los Angeles doesn’t really have seasons. (No, I’m not complaining about the weather in LA, I’m just saying…) Also, my favorite seasoning is sea salt.
Least Favorite Nickname:  I’m not going to answer this question. Instead, I’ll tell you some nicknames that I’m ok with: B, Nardo, and Bern.

What do you do on AOTS?

I tell a bunch of punny jokes. Some might call them bad jokes, but I call them really punny jokes. I do do actual work too. (Read that last sentence out loud….. poop joke!) Basically, I keep the show in line. I plan out the show rundowns and time the shows to make sure we have the right amount of awesome stuff everyday. In the mornings, I work with the producers and studio crew to make sure everyone is on the same page and that the rundown is up to date and correct. When we’re live, I time the show to make sure it ends on time. Since we really are live, anything can really happen and often does. If an ATN bit goes longer than expected, I have to adjust the rundown to account for that time. If Kevin and Candace start talking about something random and Kevin says, “Let’s see if we can get one of those by the end of the show…” I need to make time for whatever that is at the end of the show.
