WHEN TO ENTER:  The Contest begins on April 21, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), and the Contest entry period ends on May 4, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (just before midnight) ("Contest Period").

HOW TO ENTER:   Here is your assignment:  Shoot a video ("Video") of yourself showing why G4 should select you as a booth babe.  Your Video must include:

  1. Your full name;
  2. Your hometown;
  3. Why you should be G4's Booth Babe at the E3 conference.

Your Video must be no longer than one minute (1:00).

To enter your Video in the Contest, go to www.g4tv.com/E32011 during the Contest Period to submit your video and the additional information required by the entry form.  You will also need to acknowledge and agree to the terms of these Official Rules.  All materials you submit to Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be referred to collectively herein as the "Contest Materials."

Videos must be in a format that is compatible with Sponsor's upload capability.  Individual video files must be 150 MB or smaller and in .mov (QuickTime), .mpg (MPEG), .mp4 (MPEG-4), .asf/.wmv (Windows Media), .flv/.swf (Flash) or .avi (AVI) file format.  Prior to awarding a prize, Sponsor may require any potential winner to complete additional forms to verify information supplied online.  In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the person who is the authorized account holder of the email address entered on the Contest entry form.  An "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Sponsor is not liable for entries that are disqualified because they are incomplete, garbled, misdirected or otherwise unintelligible.  No Contest Materials will be returned and they may be destroyed without notice to you.  Any attempt to enter the Contest other than by the method described above shall be void.

The Contest Materials must not include: any nudity or obscene subject matter (as determined by Sponsor in its discretion).  In addition, Videos that Sponsor deems in its sole discretion to include material that may infringe the rights of others (e.g., copyright infringement) or excessively dangerous or illegal activities will be disqualified.

Sponsor in its discretion may elect to provide certain music, sound effects or other audiovisual materials (collectively, "Sponsor Content") for you to incorporate into your Video.  All Sponsor Content is the sole property of Sponsor or its licensors.  You acknowledge and agree that you do not and shall not have or obtain any right, title or interest in or to any Sponsor Content, whether in connection with your participation in the Contest or otherwise, and you agree not to use any Sponsor Content for any other purpose except in connection with this Contest.

Videos containing unlicensed music will be disqualified.

Videos that Sponsor deems in its sole and exclusive discretion to include excessively dangerous or illegal activities will be disqualified.

SELECTION PROCESS:  One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected through three independent rounds of judging.  In the first round, a Sponsor-selected panel will rate each Video based on the following:  Sexiness (25%), Likeability/Sense of Humor (25%), Gaming Knowledge (25%), Presentation/articulation (15%) and Originality (10%).  Sponsor will then select between 5 and 20 contestants with the highest rated Videos to move on to the second round.  (In the case of a tie, the contestant with the highest rating for Sexiness will be declared the higher score.  If two or more tied entries have the same rating for Sexiness, the contestant with the highest rating for Likeability/Sense of Humor will be declared the higher score, etc.)

Semifinalists will be required to complete and return any paperwork provide by Sponsor, including paperwork authorizing Sponsor to obtain a background investigation.  Semifinalists who fail to return completed paperwork by the deadline indicated by Sponsor may be disqualified.

The second round Videos will be posted at www.g4tv.com/E32011.   G4tv.com users will then vote for who they believe would be the best representative of G4 at E3.   Only registered g4tv.com users may vote.  One vote per Video per person.  Voting will be open to the public May 6 through May 20, 2011 (provided that voting dates may be changed in Sponsor's discretion).  Start and end times and additional details will be posted at www.g4tv.com/E32011.  The Videos with the top three highest average scores will move on to the finalist round.

In the finalist round, G4 will select the Grand Prize winner from the three finalists using the rating system above.

Because of the unique nature and scope of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in addition to those other rights reserved herein, to modify any date(s) or deadline(s) set forth in these Official Rules or otherwise governing the Contest. Sponsor cannot accurately predict the number of entrants who will participate in the Contest.
