DBAN is a self-contained boot floppy (or CDR/RW version) that wipes the hard drives of almost any computer. Built on Linux, but OS independent. Multipasses make recovering the data later impossible, so use this powerful tool with caution. It’s the ticket for bulk or emergency data destruction!
