'Beyond the Grave' - This silent gunman was 'raised from the dead' to stop Harry MacDowel, the leader of Millennion. Before Harry killed him, Beyond the Grave was known as Brandon Heat and was once Harry’s best friend! Grave may have only disjointed memories of his past as a syndicate sweeper, but he has lost none of his incredible combat skills.

Brandon Heat - The toughest member of a small 5-person gang whose leader is Harry MacDowel. After a tragic gang war decimates their group, Brandon helps Harry to earn a spot in the syndicate and follows him into the Millennion Group.

Harry MacDowel (old) - The current head of the Millennion syndicate, Harry's callous violence in dealing with any obstacles in his path to power earned him the nickname 'Bloody' Harry. Harry came to power by making corpses out of friends and enemies alike- including his best friend, Brandon Heat. Now at the head of his organization, Harry uses monstrous man-made zombies to enforce his iron rule. But now, Brandon is back as “Beyond the Grave” and has started to hunt Harry down...

Harry MacDowel (young) - Harry’s casual life as a carefree ladies' man and leader of a group of small-time criminals shatters after a tragic gang war decimates his group and unleashed his ambitions. Desperate to escape his squalid hometown, Harry convinces his best friend Brandon to help him join the syndicate. Unfortunately, Harry’s ambitions corrupt him and eventually Harry kills Brandon to climb higher in the organization.

Mika Asagi - The daughter of Brandon Heat’s true love, Maria, this young girl has been on the run from Millennion ever since its leader, Harry MacDowel, killed her mother. Currently she is under the protection of Grave and Dr. Tokioka.

Dr. Tokioka - The doctor who raised Grave from the dead and keeps him supplied with the weaponry Grave needs to fight the syndicate, Tokioka also once worked for Millennion before Harry's takeover.

Maria Asagi - Mika's mother, Maria, was Brandon Heat’s sweetheart in their youth. Maria tried to convince Brandon to give up his dangerous ways out of concern for his safety, but due to tragic events both of them get drawn ever deeper into the dangerous criminal underworld.
