Having taken care of the Dolem threat, Ayato has proven that he can be trusted, and is taken to a new home. However, the RahXephon is showing signs of petrifaction, which appears is related to Ayato's feelings toward the TERRA members. Meanwhile, Ayato is shown around his new surroundings by Megumi, who just so happens to be the younger sister of Haruka. Soon, Ayato finds a sense of belonging with his new “family.”
