Hajiki makes the acquaintance of a certain Takumi Kisaragi after rescuing him from being roughed up by some ne'er-do-wells. Meanwhile, a thief has been stealing jewels left and right, thumbing his nose at the police all the while. Hajiki decides to track down these thieves in the off chance that the other Techode is involved. Meanwhile, Takumi decides he's going to capture the thief personally - with a little help from Thunderbolt.
